Every Warden light is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Who is covered
This limited warranty is provided by Warden to the original purchaser of a new Warden product bought from our official online store. It is not transferable.
What is covered, and for how long
For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Warden warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and as described in the included instructions. This includes LEDs, switches, charging ports and circuitry, magnets, clips, and built-in batteries that fail to charge or hold a charge because of a defect.
What we will do
If we confirm a covered defect during the warranty period, we will, at our option:
- replace the product with the same model or, if it is no longer available, a product of similar function and equal or greater value; or
- refund the price you paid for the defective product.
Replacements ship free and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs and fading.
- The gradual loss of battery capacity that happens to every rechargeable battery with normal use and charging.
- Damage from accidents, drops, impact, crushing, misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Water damage beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating, or submersion of a product not rated for it.
- Damage from charging with a damaged cable or a non-standard or faulty power source.
- Products that have been opened, modified, repaired or altered by anyone other than Warden.
- Loss, theft, and cosmetic changes that do not affect how the product works.
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers, and used or resold products.
- Charging cables, straps and packaging, except when defective on arrival (see Returns & Refunds).
How to make a claim
- Email support@wardenlights.com or use our Contact page as soon as you notice the problem, and before the warranty period ends.
- Include your order number as proof of purchase, a short description of the problem and a photo or video that shows it.
- We may ask you to try simple troubleshooting (for example, a full charge with a different cable) or to return the product for inspection. If we ask you to return a product for a valid claim, we provide the prepaid shipping label.
- Once your claim is approved, we ship the replacement or issue the refund, usually within 5 business days.
We may decline claims without proof of purchase, claims outside the warranty period, or claims where a covered defect cannot be confirmed. If we decline a claim, we will always tell you why.
Limitations
This limited warranty is the only express warranty Warden provides. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
WARDEN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, and our total liability under this warranty is limited to the price you paid for the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. This warranty does not affect our 30-day return policy, which applies separately.
