Beacon puts three bright, flashing discs between you and traffic. Set them on the shoulder, stick them to the car or hang one under the hood — and drivers behind you see you in time to slow down.

Are these DOT-approved?
No. Beacon is a visibility aid for roadside stops. If you drive a commercial vehicle, keep the warning triangles the law requires — Beacon works alongside them.
How long do they run?
It depends on the mode — flashing modes run much longer than steady-on. Top them up every 2–3 months so they're ready when you need them.
Can they live in my trunk?
Yes, that's what the bag is for. For the longest battery life, store them charged and recharge every few months.
Will the magnet scratch my paint?
The magnet is enclosed in the base. Wipe grit off both surfaces first, and lift the flare off instead of sliding it.
