Outpost Max is the bigger-battery version of our emergency radio. A 5000 mAh battery charges your phone, and you can refill it by sun, hand crank, USB-C or AAA batteries. Tune AM, FM and NOAA weather, and light the room with the flashlight or reading lamp.

How is it different from the Outpost radio?
Outpost Max has a larger 5000 mAh battery for more phone charging, plus a reading lamp and alert button.
How much phone charge does the crank give?
Cranking is for emergencies — a few minutes of cranking gives a small top-up. Charge the battery fully over USB-C before storing it.
Are AAA batteries included?
No. The radio runs on its built-in battery; 3 × AAA are an optional backup.
